New Client Consultation Session (1 hr 15 min)

A week prior to your upcoming session, I will email you a brief history assessment I would like you to fill out and have back to be 2 days prior to your session, as it will be reviewed during. 
Your new Client Coaching session will last for 1 hr and 15 minutes, while we go over all of the details of what brought you to me, where in your life you are seeking guidance, and what areas you are needing spiritually recharged.
During your coaching session we will  start the session off with an introduction on what I offer, how our further relations will look, what we will work on, what kind of life coach ing I offer, how I will personalize it to your needs, the material you will need through out the duration of our coaching relations, and a basic outline of how each session will look like. We will get the chance to go over your background, how you have been feeling lately, what areas in your life are most problematic, where you are needing the most inner energy-alignment and recharging, what you have accomplished thru-out your life, what you want to work towards, why you feel stuck or “burnt-out”, setting some small weekly goals, what areas have you made progress and what areas you are still struggling in, and go over any assigned homework I may recommend you work in. We will focus on the topics and situations that are most important to you, making a plan surrounding them, setting small achievable goals, and becoming aware and acknowledging any harmful self-talk patterns you may be unaware of, and creating a plan to start working on replacing them with a positive rebuttals, response, and a behavior.
